For nearly a decade we've been looking for the perfect location. A place to relax, unwind, inspire, restore, and create community. We've finally found our Plas. 

Known as Vermont's Sunshine Village, Pittsford reportedly gets more sun than anywhere else in our beautiful state, and we lucked out with this historic property that sits conveniently on Route 7 between Rutland and Middlebury. The large brick house was built in 1832, and will soon be offered for retreats. The stunning barn with the stained glass window will be revived, but in the meantime serves as a stunning backdrop and the icon of the property. The duplex is currently being offered on AirBnB and is noted to be a guest favorite, with thoughtful touches, and fully stocked for getaways. The former Vermont Art Studio has been remodeled and is available to rent. It is now the setting of numerous educational events and classes that accommodate up to 40 for sit down events, and up to 20 for wellness classes requiring a yoga mat. The farm consists of a 3-acre pasture and pollinator habitat, filled with native flora and fauna, meditative walking paths, a fenced in organic culinary garden, an Amish built custom run in shed for our livestock, a coop for our Runner ducks, and the beginning stages of a living memorial food forest. Future plans include a high tunnel that will allow us to grow medicinal flowers and herbs and will extend the growing season.

While we continue to evolve, we invite guests to meander through the property, lounge in the swings and watch the breeze dance with the flora, sit by the fire and roast marshmallows while reflecting on the day, snowshoe through the pasture, and feel the magic of Maison Plas throughout the seasons.
